5 office buildings in Poznań with the best parking

By Marta Nowacka, Local Advisor·December 5, 2024·4 min reading

Looking for a free spot under the office at 9:00 AM in Poznań is often a waste of 15 minutes and a lot of nerves. We analyzed 87 current offers in terms of the real number of parking spaces per 100 square meters of area. We selected 5 buildings where your team will not have to circle the residential streets of Jeżyce or Grunwald.

Grunwaldzki Hub on Głogowska Street

This building is a rare case on the map of Poznań where the developer did not save on concrete underground. There are 142 spaces in the garage hall, and the factor is 1 slot per 32 meters of office. This means that a small team of 8 people can count on even 3 certain parking cards. Access from Komorniki or Luboń takes about 18 minutes, and after entering the garage, an elevator takes you directly under your desk.

Parking itself is convenient because the passages are 6.2 meters wide. There is no fear that someone will scratch the doors while getting out of a larger car. Fairofoffers checked this facility last Tuesday at 10:30 AM, and there were still 14 free slots on level -2. This is a solid result, considering that the building is 83 percent leased. The cost of one spot is 340 PLN net per month.

The entrance is wide, so even a larger SUV won't scratch the rims on tight curves of the garage hall.

Malta Office Point – guest parking

Most offices in central Poznań forget about clients, offering spots only for management. In the facility at Malta, the situation is different because 23 surface spots have been designated exclusively for outsiders. The first 45 minutes are free, which is enough for quick signing of a contract or handing over documents. Your contractors do not have to park on a ban by the lake, which allows avoiding a 100 PLN fine.

For permanent employees, a multi-level parking lot next to the building is provided. There are 156 slots there, and the camera system reads license plates in 1.4 seconds. This eliminates traffic jams at the barrier, which are the bane of many Poznań office buildings during rush hours. The building also has 4 charging points for electric cars, which are rarely completely occupied.

Modern Jeżyce (Zwierzyniecka)

Jeżyce is the most difficult district for parking, but this specific office building on Zwierzyniecka breaks the pattern. It has 47 spots in an automatic parking system where platforms move cars vertically. Thanks to this, 30 percent more vehicles fit in a small space than in a standard garage. (By the way, operating this system is child's play and takes about 50 seconds).

Even though the building stands in a paid parking zone, tenants have full freedom of entry. It's an ideal option for companies that want to be close to trendy cafes and restaurants but don't want employees to be late due to lack of parking spaces. The monthly subscription here is slightly higher at 410 PLN, but the time saved looking for a spot within a 500-meter radius is worth it.

An automatic parking system moves the car vertically in less than a minute.

Center on Towarowa Street

The location right by the station would suggest problems, but the office building on Towarowa offers 89 spots in the underground garage. Importantly, the building manager provides a mobile app in which you see the current number of free spots before leaving home. If you see that the bottom is full, you can immediately head to the parking lot at the shopping mall next door, with which the office building has signed an agreement for preferential rates.

Our data shows that 23 percent of tenants in this building use rotating parking. This means that a company does not have to rent spots permanently but pays only for the actual hours of parking. This is a significant saving if your team works hybridly and is in the office only 2-3 days a week. The average cost of an hour of parking for tenants is about 4.20 PLN net.

Winogrady – Business Park Serbska

In northern Poznań, we recommend the complex on Serbska Street, which has as many as 114 surface spots. This is the only place in our list where parking is so easy due to the lack of tight underground levels. The area is fenced, and the entrance is secured by a barrier opened from a phone. Access from Naramowice takes only 7-12 minutes here, which makes it a great base for local entrepreneurs.

The parking ratio here is 1 per 43 square meters, which is a very fair result for this part of the city. Additionally, the building has a covered shed for 28 bicycles, which is appreciated by employees commuting along the PST route. Fairofoffers currently has 3 free office modules in this location with areas from 42 to 118 meters, all with the right to at least two parking cards.
