Form Data

When you look for an office on our site and fill out a contact form, we ask you for a few specific things. Usually, it's your name, surname, and company email address. Sometimes we also need a phone number so the building owner can call you back regarding viewing the premises. We don't collect this data for fun. We need it only so you can rent an office without fluff and unnecessary waiting on the line.

Additionally, like every server on the internet, our system records your IP address and basic browser information. We do this so the site works stably and so no one tries to mess with our appointment booking system. Honestly, it's a standard technical procedure. It allows us to take care of the security of your inquiries about offices in Jeżyce or Wilda. We are not interested in tracking your entire life online. We only want to know what square footage you are looking for in Poznań and to connect you as quickly as possible with the right property manager.

How we use information

Your data has one specific task with us: to help you find an office in Poznań without paying commissions to brokers. When you click the book visit button, we send your application straight to the administrator of the specific building, for example the one on Dymka Street. We do this because they hold the keys and you will be negotiating the final rental price with them. Without this transfer of data, our entire direct contact system simply would not work.

It's worth knowing that we don't trade your email address. We don't send it to any external marketing or insurance companies. Your data stays with us and with the owner of the office building you selected. If you sign up for our report on rental prices, we will once in a while send you current rates per square meter in Poznań, but you can always opt-out with one email. We focus on specific square footage and clear rules, so we won't bother you with unnecessary messages. We do everything in accordance with the GDPR regulations in force in Poland and the entire European Union.

Cookies and 3D

Our site uses so-called cookies. These are small files saved on your device that help us remember your choices. Thanks to them, when you return to the site in two days, the system can remember that you were interested in offices in Grunwald up to 120 meters. This is a simple convenience that saves your time while browsing our 87 verified offers. You don't have to set all the filters from scratch then.

Cookies are also important for our 3D tours. This technology requires them to correctly display office interiors directly in your browser. Thanks to this, you view online and decide on-site whether the premises fit your team at all. If you don't want us to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. Just remember that then some site functions, like directions maps or the reservation calendar, may work slower or not at all. For us, cookies are a technical tool, not a way to collect your private secrets.

Your rights

You have full control over what we know about you at Fairofoffers. At any time, you can write to us and ask what information about your company we store. You have the right to correct them, if for example you have changed the company name, or tell us to delete them completely. If you have already rented an office and no longer need our help, just let us know. We will delete your data from the database within a few business days without unnecessary questions.

The data administrator is Piotr Ratajczak, who runs the Fairofoffers office at ul. Abpa Walentego Dymka 2 in Poznań. It is best to contact us directly at [email protected]. We are not a large corporation with an army of lawyers, so we reply in a human and specific way. We respect your privacy as much as we respect your time when looking for a new place to work. If you find that your data is being mistreated by us, you have the right to report it to the Office for Personal Data Protection, but we encourage you to write to Piotr first – we will definitely explain the matter quickly.
