All information about square footage and net prices comes directly from the building owners. We try to keep the data fresh, but you will always receive the final offer from the manager of the specific premises.

If you do not agree with these points, simply do not use our search engine. Access to the portal is free for you. We want looking for an office to be as simple as checking the weather. Our online reservation system allows you to arrange an office viewing in 2 minutes. When you choose a free date in the calendar, your application goes directly to the building administrator. Please provide true contact details in the form. We need your phone number so the system can send an SMS with a map and contact to the person who will open the doors to the office building for you. If you cannot show up for the scheduled meeting, let us know at least 3 hours in advance. Let's respect the time of the property owners who prepare the premises for your arrival. Remember that reservation through the site is not a lease agreement. It is only an appointment so that you can see the office live. All amounts given for offices are usually net rates per square meter. In addition, there is a service fee for security, cleaning of common areas, and garbage collection. Our calculator helps to add up these costs, but treat it as a good estimate, not a final invoice. You always set the final financial terms directly with the property owner.
